Bring your context
Use a website, description or recipe in any order. Add answers or reference material to the same event brief without starting again.
AI Guided Setup
Start with an idea, a website or a recipe. AI Guided Setup helps create your first event before signup, then guides you through the areas your event needs: registration, programme, networking, portal, payments, communications, operations and launch review. One workspace keeps your answers and progress together.
No website needed. The public first version is editable; detailed feature setup continues after signup.

How it works
Use a website, description or recipe in any order. Add answers or reference material to the same event brief without starting again.
The AI asks for missing details. Correct the brief, approve creation and review the editable first event and portal before signup.
Keep an eligible public preview, choose relevant setup areas and continue with the checklist and AI Assistant. Confirm changes as you go.
Beyond the first portal
After you keep the first version, the checklist spans dozens of setup areas. An event recipe recommends a starting set; you can choose other relevant areas, see what is already done, defer what you do not know and return later. The AI Assistant works through the selected area's questions and uses the same event records as the normal feature screens.
Identity, format, dates, timezone and location.
Registration types, fields, forms, teams, RSVP and applications.
Sessions, speakers, activities and surveys.
Meeting groups, AI matchmaking, messaging and delivery.
Attendance, guests, tables and the participant journey.
Pages, navigation, design, domains and publishing.
Tickets, payments, exhibitors, floor plans and lead retrieval.
Communications, check-in, documents, obligations, access, reporting and launch review.
The checklist distinguishes AI actions, guided reviews, manual work and external steps. EventGen proposes supported changes for your confirmation and checks saved results; it does not mark an unfinished area complete or make launch decisions for you.
One way to begin
This 52-second narrated demonstration shows the public first-version step using our fictional Cities in Practice conference site. It compares the source website with the initial portal and programme; the extraction wait is shortened. The guided checklist above continues much further after signup.

Describe the event, choose a recipe or share a public event website in any order. The AI asks one useful unanswered question at a time and carries your answers forward. A website can contribute facts, styling, programme and speakers when available, but its pages and navigation are not copied.
You can review imported information, correct it and decide what to bring forward from a previous edition. A website is helpful context, not a requirement for using Guided Setup.
Keep building
Public setup creates a real, editable event and portal foundation. In your account, choose a setup area or ask the AI Assistant for help. The checklist tracks the live setup, shows unfinished decisions and connects you to the right feature screen when a step needs manual or external work.
A new account with no existing events can choose to keep its public preview after signup or login. Signing in alone does not add it to the account. Keeping the first version does not mean registration, payments, networking or launch are complete.
