Do I need to contact sales to get started?
No. Sign up, create your event, and start using everything immediately. There are no demos, sales calls, or contracts. Upgrade to a paid plan from your dashboard whenever you need more capacity.
Is networking really included on the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes full networking — both open and curated modes, with no meeting or wishlist caps. Pro and Enterprise base plans include a networking preview with 10 meetings and 20 wishlist entries. Add Engage for unlimited networking on paid plans.
What's the difference between Base and Engage?
Base plans for Pro and Enterprise include a networking preview (10 meetings, 20 wishlist entries per event). Engage removes those caps and gives you full curated and open networking — hosted-buyer matchmaking, team booths, scheduling, and the complete networking engine.
What happens if I hit my registrant limit?
Nothing breaks — registration never stops. Your attendees can keep signing up past your plan's limit and your portal keeps working normally. The only difference is that you won't be able to see or manage the registrations collected beyond your limit until you upgrade. Upgrade any time from the billing page and those held records unlock immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime.
What currencies do you support?
Platform billing is available in GBP (£), USD ($), and EUR (€). For attendee payments (tickets and products), you can set your own currency and tax configuration through Stripe.
